Restocking Fee and Return Shipping
Customers have 2 product return options: 1) Exchange product for another of equal or greater value or 2) Return the product and incur a 20% Restocking Fee.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any incurred if delivery is attempted without success or the product is refused at the time of delivery. All returned items must be shipped to MRT via prepaid freight. Damage Incurred During Shipping
If your package is lost, opened, or damaged while in transit, please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the package. You should keep all of the original packaging. Do not contact the shipping carrier directly; MRT will file any necessary damage claims with the shipper on the customer’s behalf. MRT does not guarantee that no shipping damages, losses or delays will occur during delivery. In the case of damaged or defective goods, MRT reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

Damage due to Installation
MRT is not responsible for any costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, or installation. All MRT products should fit without force. All surfaces where an adhesive is required should be prepped before attempting installation. ALWAYS read installation instructions COMPLETELY before installing products. Installation instructions and for many products, installation videos are available on the website. Please contact us with any concerns or questions before installing the product.

Product warranty is void if the product is not installed properly, has been modified or altered in any way. If you believe that modification will be required to fit any MRT product on your vehicle, please contact MRT BEFORE making any modifications to the vehicle or product.
