  • Add a very aggressive performance sound to your Focus RS
  • Loud but not harsh
  • Muffler delete means maximum volume from idle throughout the RPM range
  • If a full time, tough performance sound is your desire, this is the system for you
  • As compared to an axle-back system, deeper baritone and increased sound volume

  • Muffler delete and mandrel tube bending provides for maximum exhaust gas flow and maximum back pressure reduction increasing horsepower
  • 3-inch tubing throughout reduces exhaust gas flow restrictions producing noticeable performance gains
  • Improved exhaust gas flow supports and complements future performance modifications
  • Cat-back system eliminates the factory muffler for added power and weight reduction
  • Less weight helps your car accelerate, brake, and corner faster because lighter is always better
  • Larger diameter exhaust tubing and lighter weight reduces mass and improves gas mileage fuel economy
  • Longer lengths of increased diameter tube of the cat-back system mean even more gas flow and performance improvements than an axle-back system

  • 4-inch double wall, polished T304 stainless steel tips with beveled edges add style to your ride
  • If you prefer a blackout look for the exhaust tips, choose the matte black Cerakote finish
  • Great sound boldly announces your presence and great looks turn heads and get positive comments!

  • Constructed from corrosion resistant North American T304 stainless steel tube, the best quality stainless steel for exhaust systems
  • All component parts (hangers, clamps, bolts) are stainless steel CNC mandrel bending technology for precise fit
  • Unique proprietary manufacturing and quality control process produces the highest quality constructed and best fitting exhaust in the industry

Makes the RS sound like it should! July 18, 2017
Reviewed by: Tyler Boes from Monroe, MI United States
This exhaust system gives the RS turbo noise, depth, and sound. Stock, the RS sound is lacking. Since putting this system on my car, I have turned way more heads. I have seen people jump in their seats when the exhaust pops in sport mode. Being 21, I usually drive the car pedal to the floor, but sometimes I do just want to cruise. This exhaust is easily controlled with the throttle. If you want to just sound normal, just drive it like a normal car. There is no resonator or muffler, but there is no drone at all. For gas mileage, I average at 25 MPG, and I don't drive the car like Grandma and Grandpa. This exhaust system also eliminates a major design flaw in the stock exhaust system. There is a point just after the downpipe where the exhaust forms a bout a 1 1/2 inch triangle for packaging reasons and tool/hand clearance on Ford's side. MRT eliminated this feature for a more open and better flowing exhaust system. I would absolutely recommend this system.
