The MRT BRZ Sport Touring Axle Back Exhaust is how the BRZ should have sounded from the factory. This performance exhaust replaces the stock mufflers to give your BRZ a healthy note with a clean, smooth tone that is very sporty without being overwhelming. MRT team engineers also packaged the mufflers tight to the rear bumper, providing lots of clearance for when the road gets a bit rough.

Designed for the second-generation (ZD8) Subaru BRZ introduced for the 2022 model year, the MRT Sport Touring Axle Back provides an on-demand sound that is great for a daily driving setup. It shines at high RPMs but stays under control on city streets and in crowded neighborhoods. Since the Subaru BRZ is mechanically a twin to the Toyota 86, you can also use this system as a Toyota GR86 axle back exhaust.

We use 2.5-inch mandrel-bent exhaust tubing that minimizes restrictions. The dual tip exhaust has standard polished stainless steel four-inch tips with an optional Black Ops black matte tip finish. This system is engineered for the best sound to match your BRZ and provides increased performance from the increased exhaust flow.
An axle back exhaust literally offers great bang for the buck and is easy to install. It takes only 60 minutes using a rachet/socket set and other common tools.
