TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Business Hours

MRT is open 6 days a week. Our current business hours are 9am-5pm EST Monday to Thursday, 9am-4pm EST on Friday, and 9am-3pm EST on Saturday. MRT reserves the right to change these hours at any time without prior notification. We also reserve the right to make special exceptions to these hours.

Payment

Payment in full for all goods and services is expected at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made in advance with MRT. MRT accepts Visa and Mastercard as payment at the online store and over the phone. Visa, Mastercard, and cash are accepted in-person. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders for any customer. MRT reserves the right to make exceptions and changes to this policy at any time.

Sales Tax

All products purchased from MRT and shipped to an address in the State of Michigan will be charged Michigan sales tax of 6%. If the product is picked-up by the customer, the transaction will also be charged Michigan sales tax.

Shipping

You will be notified of shipping charges at time of purchase. For an estimate of shipping costs, please contact MRT Customer Service at (734) 455-5807. MRT does not guarantee shipping estimates. For shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states, please contact MRT customer service.


MRT currently offers free shipping on MRT brand products. Free shipping offers apply only to the continental United States, excluding shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and international locations.

Return Policy

MRT takes care to provide you with the best products available. Before shipping, we inspect all of our products thoroughly. If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving and inspecting it, your responsibility is to contact MRT Customer Service immediately. Painted parts and special orders are non refundable or exchangeable.

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if you wish to exchange the product for another of equal or greater value. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost, including any incurred if delivery is attempted without success or the product is refused at the time of delivery. All returned items must be shipped to MRT via prepaid freight. Items must be returned within 15 days from receipt of the RMA, otherwise the RMA will be voided, the product will no longer be accepted, and no refund will be given.

Damage Incurred During Shipping

If your package is lost, opened, or damaged while in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. You should keep all of the original packaging. Do not contact the shipping carrier directly; MRT will file any necessary damage claims with the shipper on the customer’s behalf. MRT does not guarantee that no shipping damages, losses or delays will occur during delivery. In the case of damaged or defective goods, MRT reserves the right to repair or replace the product.

Damage due to Installation

MRT is not responsible for any costs due to improper fitment, product preparation, or installation. Please contact us with any concerns before installing the product. Always check the package to be sure installation instructions and all hardware are included (where required). If you believe something may be missing, please contact us immediately. All MRT products should fit without force. All surfaces where an adhesive is required should be prepped before attempted installation. ALWAYS read installation instructions COMPLETELY before installing products.

MRT Product Warranty

Product warranty is void if the product is not installed properly, or has been modified or altered in any way. If you believe that modification will be required to fit any MRT product on your vehicle, please contact MRT BEFORE making any modifications to the vehicle or product.


Return Authorization

All sales through MRT are considered final. MRT will only accept products returned in good condition; NO PRODUCTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER INSTALLATION HAS OCCURRED.

Please contact MRT Customer Service within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return. MRT Customer Service must authorize any product return by issuing a return authorization (RMA) number. Website Text, Images, and Pricing

Typographical errors in text, pictures, and pricing may occur in MRT publications. MRT will promptly correct them when they are brought to our attention. All prices are kept as current as possible. They are subject to change without prior notification. Images on the website are intended to give you a preview of our products before you purchase them. However, the product you receive may differ from its appearance on the site. MRT does not in any way extend a guarantee based on these images.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a product from MRT, you are agreeing to abide by the terms and conditions laid out in this document, “Terms and Conditions of Sale.” Questions or concerns about these policies should be directed to MRT Customer Service before purchasing from MRT.
