The louvers are awesome. I put them on two years ago, and they never rattled. EVER. Even gunning the car, over lumps and turns, they stay on, and you'd never know there were there. They don't block your view either, and in the summer, they do make one hell of a difference. The car is a lot cooler. Mine is a year round car, so even with snow, they didn't warp, or bend or anything. I didnt pop them open though. It might be tough to closed them back over hard snow. So just let the defroster work for you.
You can check them out on the camaro5.com forum. There are a few of us that have the MRT louvers. They're thin, aluminum, so they got the right look, and they open up easy, even without the tool if you got strong fingers.
In the end, the look is what counts, and the car gets compliments all the time. They dont clash with the design. Its as if GM designed them. So dont let the Mustang in the MRT scare you lol. I cant imagine my Camaro without the MRT Louvers!
